Under my leadership, we transformed every customer touchpoint while establishing data-driven optimization frameworks. I architected a comprehensive YouTube strategy that repositioned the podcast as a visual show, implementing content hooks and thumbnail strategies that drove Year on Year show growth by 44.6%. Simultaneously, I redesigned email engagement systems, implementing segmentation and automation that increased click-to-open rates from 8% to 19.55%—a 2.44× improvement that directly translated to higher conversion rates across all promotional campaigns.
